TROPPO

The ecosystem is the oracle.

Ask the living world.

An original ecological oracle from a tropical urban food forest in Te Puke. Forty-four cards. No tarot. No fate. The living world, held up as a mirror.

What this is

Not tarot. A living system.

The Living Oracle does not tell you what will happen. It asks what the living world can teach you about what is already happening.

There are no Major Arcana, no suits, and no reversed cards. A draw is a listening: one ecological pattern placed beside your question.

Forests survive through relationship. Seeds wait for conditions. Plants compete and cooperate. Storms reshape landscapes. Decay becomes soil. The cards use those processes as mirrors for decisions, endings, beginnings and change.

How the living world thinks

Three laws of the stand

  • Everything is connected.

A forest is not a collection of trees. Mycelium, weather, insects and soil hold one conversation. Your situation is the same kind of system.

  • Everything communicates.

Scent, shade, drought, a flush of new leaf — the living world is always signalling. The cards teach you how to listen, not what to believe.

  • Everything changes.

Seeds wait. Storms rearrange. Decay becomes soil. Nothing in this deck is a verdict. It is a pattern already moving.

The ground

Grown in Te Puke

Troppo is a tropical urban food forest practice. This oracle grows from that ground: humid canopies, volcanic soil, fruit, insects, fungi and the slow intelligence of gardens.

Troppo suite

Beside the planners

The Living Oracle is the listening tool in the Troppo suite. The planners help you design food forests; this deck helps you sit with a question. Same ground. Different work.
